We purchase using our own funds combined with senior debt lending provided by one of our many partners. Dapatchi Developments have formed strategic partnerships with many institutional and private equity lenders so have a strong ability to operate in purchases and deals of up to £100,000,000. Our strength not only comes from our experience and operational manner but also from our own in-house finance specialists and legal specialists.
We primarily look to acquire commercial space to convert to residential or land for new build residential schemes. Our model is not one of retention but to develop and sell to the open market meeting the need for new homes nationally. On occasions, we may work with partners from the private rental sector who look to retain stock. We pride ourselves on our due diligence and capacity to create intuitive and practical schemes which work on all levels.
