Dan Pattrick – Managing Director and Founder

Dan is the founder of the Dapatchi Group and now spends his time focused on the growth and development of the construction arm. Dan has previous experience from site laborer through all levels to contracts manager. Dan later went on to run a property development company as General Manager. Dan has directly managed many projects ranging in size and scale, from simple HMO developments through to multi-million-pound commercialredevelopments. Dan now owns the Dapatchi group with infrastructure in construction, consultancy, architecture, media, investments and a media team.

Joanne Henry – Founding Director

Joanne is a founding member of the Dapatchi Group, with a skill set in finance and accounts. Joanne manages accounts, finance and payroll on behalf of the company and runs a team of clerks to deliver slick and effective finance management. Giving our partners, our customers, our financiers, and our people peace of mind that the skills and resources are available to manage multiple levels of business. Joanne, a qualified accountant is an owner of The Dapatchi Group and is invested in the growth and financial control of the business.

Mark Lodge – Founding Director

As one of the founding partners and group directors, Mark sits on the board formulating and implementing the overall strategy. Mark also heads up the front end of the business, creating new opportunities, developing relationships and winning contracts and projects. Mark has a successful career as a property consultant, working with major clients to deliver solutions for a large number of key properties in their portfolios as well as mentoring start-up property companies. Mark has a background in brand and business development and has the key skills to deliver quality client care to our people.

Grazina Thompson – Legals and Compliance

Grazina is a successful solicitor bringing with her valuable knowledge of the property field and commercial contracts. She has invaluable risk assessment skills and has an eye for detail. Grazina is an excellent analyst who has the ability to look at all points of view and draft contracts to meet the needs of clients and the business. Grazina also has a wealth of property experience having undertaken developments in the UK and throughout Europe over the last 10 years. Grazina is also a buy to let investor.

Josh Kay – Operations Director

Josh started his career in property 6 years ago where he was responsible for the sourcing, purchasing and planning the development work of standard houses into HMOs. Now, he uses the skills he has learnt to source and delivers large scale commercial to residential developments across the UK. He has a great eye for opportunities and has been involved and managed a variety of projects simultaneously. Josh is a team player who is motivated to reach all targets and has a great track record of doing so.

Chris Turner – Electrical Director

Chris is a highly trained electrician with 10 years’ experience under his belt. He started his career in the Local Authority in 2009 and soon after started his own business in 2013. Chris merged with Dapatchi in 2018. Chris has many strings to his bow including 18th edition, 2394/5 inspection testing and initial verification, and he is C&G 2330 qualified. He also has experience of working in the electrical field in different areas including domestic, commercial and industrial. His first major contract was the test and inspection of over 1000 dwellings for one of the biggest housing associations in England. Dapatchi Electrical are registered with the NICEIC approved contractor scheme.

Tim Fearon – Dapatchi Homes Director

Tim Fearon is co-owner with his wife of their own property company, YourHome Properties. As a consultant, he has worked over the last twenty-five years at a senior level with some of the leading names in the affordable housing market – Notting Hill Housing Trust, Anchor Housing, Circle 33, the Housing Corporation – as well as leading financial institutions such as Lloyds Bank, Northern Trust, Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays Bank. He brings to Dapatchi his expertise in Marketing and Communications and his passion for breathing new life into old, neglected buildings and transforming them into valuable assets for their local communities.

Jennifer Cooper – Director of Dapatchi Media

With 10 years of management under her belt in various settings, Jennifer runs a successful media team who produce a wide variety of media solutions for all companies which form the Dapatchi Group, alongside external clients. She has an eye for detail and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time to meet the demands of her clients. Jennifer started her career in property around 7 years ago where she managed the void process for an ALMO with around 21,000 council properties. From this, she brings her knowledge and organisation skills to ensure the whole team works effectively and efficiently.

Andrew Morris – FME Director

Drew has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years. He is qualified in site management, and an ACS trained plumbing heating and gas engineer. Starting out as a plumbing apprentice he completed his training, obtaining City & Guilds qualifications in plumbing and heating whilst working for over 5 years on new build student accommodation blocks.  Drew then moved into commercial plumbing, wherein a 5-year period, he was refurbishing hotel boiler rooms and carrying out other large commercial plumbing projects. He soon became a Mechanical Foreman, directing whole contracts and a team of pipefitters and plumbers. Now the FME Director of Dapatchi, Drew brings a wealth of information to this role.
